A full line of superclean, copper-free, ultra-small diameter steel welding wire for making microscopic and laser welding repairs to tools, dies and molds is available from NovaTech, Inc of Smithfield, Rhode Island.
NovaTech Welding Wire is manufactured in seven micro sizes from 0.003" to 0.025" diameters to match virtually any tool, die and mold repair requirement. Conforming to AISI, AMS, AWS and ASTM standards for chemical composition, they are offered in over 85 copper-free filler materials.
Developed to optimize tool, die and mold repairs, NovaTech Welding Wire can also be provided in a wide variety of austenitic and martensitic stainless steels, carbon steels, chrome-moly, manganese-moly, chrome-vanadium, titanium, aluminum, silver brazing alloys, and nickel, cobalt and copper-base alloys. Sizes from 0.032" to 5/32" diameters are also offered.
